      Orders Prior to Monday 11th August 2025

      If you purchased goods prior to 11 August 2025 and would like to either (i) return items purchased within the 28 days leading up to that date, or (ii) make a claim under your warranty for faulty goods, please contact ebuyeruk@frpadvisory.com for assistance with your enquiry.       What happened to Ebuyer? Ebuyer Limited entered administration on [11th August 2025]. The company is now being managed by appointed administrators.
      I placed an order with Ebuyer before it went into administration – will I still receive my product?

      You will need to contact the appointed administrators directly, as we are unable to fulfil or dispatch any orders placed before 11 August 2025.

      My order hasn’t arrived – can you send me a replacement?

      Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders placed before Ebuyer entered administration. Please contact the administrators for further advice.

      I want a refund for an order I placed before administration – what should I do?
      We are unable to process refunds for orders placed before 11 August 2025. Refund claims must be submitted to the administrators at ebuyeruk@frpadvisory.com.
      My product is faulty – can you repair or replace it under warranty?

      If your purchase was made before 11 August 2025, please contact the administrators at ebuyeruk@frpadvisory.com. We cannot honour warranties from the former business.

      Can I claim under manufacturer warranty instead?

      You may still be able to claim directly with the manufacturer. Please check your product documentation or the manufacturer’s website.

      I returned an item to Ebuyer before administration but haven’t had a refund – what happens now?

      You will need to raise this with the administrators at ebuyeruk@frpadvisory.com, as we cannot issue refunds for the old company.

      I purchased after Ebuyer went into administration – does this affect me?

      No. Any orders placed with the new business after 11 August 2025 will be processed as normal and are covered under our terms.

      Can you give me an update on my claim with the administrators?

      We have no access to the old company’s systems or records. You will need to follow up directly with the administrators.

      What happens to my personal data from the old Ebuyer account?

      The administrators are responsible for data held by the former company. Any queries should be directed to them at ebuyeruk@frpadvisory.com.
